Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing, which is a subset of alternative medicine. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing.

Shadow work involves getting in touch with the parts of yourself that you've repressed — or what many might refer to as their "dark side." It can be intensive and is designed to bring out the daemons that live within all of us.
My sessions can be quite a shock to the system, so I encourage you to seek more professional treatment if required as although I am a qualified therapist, I am not registered so I would not me able to assit you further than identifing them. Anything more emotioanl trauma related, you will need to see a registered psychologist or psychiatrist.
